Just Chill Baby Sleep have helped hundreds of families in improving the sleep of their children aged 6 months and over. We have now designed a course to help parents with younger babies too. It is designed to work towards great sleep habits, without ‘sleep training.’ It provides gentle solutions for settling, and works towards the end goal of a settled night’s sleep, whilst understanding and responding to our babies’ needs.
We are passionate about supporting parents from the very beginning of their journey with their baby. The course includes advice on sleep, but so much more too! It provides guidance on preparing to bring your baby home, parental mental health, c- section scar massage and a baby massage sequence from our founder, Rosey.
This course will help you navigate those early weeks and guide you all the way through to your baby turning five months. Even if you are past the newborn weeks, this course gives great advice to benefit babies whichever stage they are at.
There is an overwhelming amount of advice available to new parents about baby sleep, routines and parents own mental health.
