Hi, I’m Emma Shafqat, a Paediatric Dietitian. My daughter had severe reflux as a baby and went on to suffer from several food allergies – she was also a very fussy eater.

Since graduating with a first-class honours degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, I have worked as a Dietitian for over 8 years within the NHS and in private practice. I specialise in helping children and their families overcome a wide range of dietary issues, with a particular emphasis on tackling fussy eating.
