Sleep is my first love! When I became a parent, I really struggled to manage on less and broken sleep.

Even when my baby started to sleep better, my sleep suffered.

I found it hard to switch off and fall asleep, and when I was woken in the night it took me a really long time to fall back to sleep (my daughter was often fed, changed and back to sleep while I still lay there unable to drop off!).
