Navigate the Toddler Years with Confidence

Experiencing parenthood with a toddler is a completely new phase in your parenting journey. It can be a rollercoaster ride of emotions as your little one goes through many changes and their personality grows.

There will be many magical moments along the way, along with a few ‘what is going on?!’ ones too!

Which is why I created this course alongside Clinical Psychologist, Dr Cleo Williamson, to give you a non-judgemental guide to help you connect with your toddler and be a confident toddler parent. Including, how to…

Understand how your toddler is feeling and how you can support them – whilst staying calm and in control.

Regulate your own emotions and understand your own reactions and feelings.

Set boundaries whilst still being kind, affectionate and connected to your toddler.

Cope with tantrums, support your toddler through them and experience less of them!

Approach common ‘toddler situations’, with practical strategies you can use in your normal day-to-day activities.

All about how you can use the course and meet your expert, Dr. Cleo Williamson.

This section of the course is all about your toddler’s brain and the changes and development they are going through, so you can really understand what they are going through and how you can support them.

…about our toddler, about ourselves and emotional regulation.

This section gives you an understanding of what your toddler might be going through, and how you can handle it. Including:

  • Connection and affection
  • Praise
  • Setting and Holding Boundaries
  • Listening
  • Saying ‘No’

Tantrums and sometimes challenging behaviours are an inevitable part of life with a toddler. This section guides you through what can drive tantrums, what is ‘normal’, anticipating and reducing tantrums and how to cope in the moment.

Our children don’t need us to be perfect 100% of the time, we are only human. If you haven’t handled a tantrum or situation the way you wanted, this section guides you through how you can model the behaviour of reflecting on our feelings and actions and learning from them.

This section of the course is all about how you can look after and prioritise your own needs, so you can give your toddler the best version of you.

Practical, real life approaches you can use to navigate the situations most of us will experience with our toddlers, including:

  • Screen time
  • What to do if your toddler runs off in public
  • Hitting, biting or kicking
  • Introducing a new sibling
  • Being gentle and safe with a baby sibling
  • Sibling rivalry
  • Mealtime battles
  • Bathtime and brushing teeth
  • Sharing
  • Getting ready and leaving the house
  • What to do when they don’t want to leave somewhere
  • Nightmares and night terrors
  • Bedtime battles
  • Separation anxiety
