I’m Dr Harriet Holme: I am a Registered Nutritionist, specialising in Nutrition Science, with the Association for Nutrition and accredited for Applied Human Nutrition from The University of Cambridge. I run my own private nutrition clinic, Healthy Eating Doctor, specialising in evidence based nutrition.

Each course is designed for a different age group, with age appropriate settling information and example daily schedules.
