Introducing your baby to solid food is an exciting new experience for you both. It can feel like  a daunting task so we want to make it as easy as possible for you.

Our role as parents is to work out when our babies are ready, and to introduce foods in a calm, loving and fun way. It can be a learning curve for all of us, after all, your baby has never eaten solid food before so you will be exploring it alongside them.

We want you to feel relaxed, confident and well equipped to start which is why we created this course with Nutritionist and doctor, Harriet Holme. to give you a straight forward, easy to follow, evidence based guide to starting solids.

Meet The Expert - Dr. Harriet Holme

I’m Dr Harriet Holme: I am a Registered Nutritionist, specialising in Nutrition Science, with the Association for Nutrition and accredited for Applied Human Nutrition from The University of Cambridge. I run my own private nutrition clinic, Healthy Eating Doctor, specialising in evidence based nutrition.

We are delighted to share Harriet’s expert knowledge with you in this course, guiding you through introducing solids with your baby and providing tips on nutrition for new parents too.
